Functional Features

1. Anti-mould effect: effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of moulds.

2. Acidification function: stimulate the secretion of pepsin and reduce the pH value of digestive tract.

3. Nutritional function: Calcium propionate is hydrolysed into propionic acid and calcium ions, propionic acid is converted into glucose through hepatic gluconeogenesis, calcium ions provide high quality calcium source for animals.
